Take red chilli powder, turmeric powder and fenugreek powder in a bowl
Heat groundnut oil in a small pan
Add hing
Now add this mixture to spices and mix it well
Add salt and ground rai dal and mix it again
Add raw mango pieces and mix it again
Keep it aside in an air tight container for 2 days
After 2 days heat vegetable oil in a dekchi
Add this hot oil in a container in which we have stored raw mangoes mixture
